We listen first. Hard.
A 90-minute call where you talk and we map. We don't sell yet, we don't quote yet. We figure out what problem you're actually trying to solve — which is rarely the one in your email.

STEP 02 · DESIGN
Architect, then show.
Wireframes, system diagrams, data models, hardware BOMs — whatever the project demands. You see the shape of the thing before we write production code.

STEP 03 · BUILD
Heads down. Daily demos.
The unsexy part. We code, you watch progress in a shared board. Every Friday: a working build you can click, ship, or break. No “trust us, it’s almost done.”

STEP 04 · SHIP & STAY
Deploy. Train. Stick around.
We install on-site if needed, train your team, and stay reachable for 90 days post-launch. After that, optional retainers — but you’ll never get ghosted.

End-to-end remote patient monitoring system. Wearable sensor firmware streams vitals over MQTT/TLS to a real-time dashboard, with automated alerts to family and on-call staff. Built ground-up by the SerenEdge team — sotercare.com.

SerenEdge is not a company framed into a single pathway. Founded by Daham Dissanayake
// daham — founder, we operate across the full spectrum — our own startups, client projects, and anything that ships software, signals, or systems. A-to-Z IT solutions, handled in-house from first brief to final deployment.
We don't specialise in one stack or one industry. We pick up problems other shops won't touch — embedded firmware, ML pipelines, custom ERPs, IoT fleets, web platforms — and we see them through. Same team, same accountability, start to finish.
The name “SerenEdge” says it plainly: Serenfor Sri Lanka, where we're rooted, and Edge for the way we work, connecting through every node, reaching every layer of the stack.
